We are the interior design, renovation and structural finishing division of Nawkham Investments. The parent company looks at property as an asset. We look at it as a space people live and work in — and at everything that decides whether that space feels cheap or considered.

Design. Layout, ceiling treatments, storage and finishes so the room is coherent, not just built.

Build. Framing, drywall, ceilings and joinery in-house, to a standard that holds up to inspection. Carpenters, drywallers and finishers work for us — we do not pass the job to a crew we barely know.

Add value. Every renovation is an investment decision, not only a construction job. That is the lens the parent company brings to property, and it is why we ask what you are optimising for before we recommend a system.

    Ceiling treatment, partitions, cabinets and finishes, scoped to that goal — not a catalogue of extras.

  3. 3. Itemised quote

    Price, board types and scope in writing before work starts. No verbal estimates that turn into a different invoice.

  4. 4. Install

    Our own team. Laser set-out, vacuum sanding, so the property stays livable while we are on site.

  5. 5. Handover

    Walkthrough and sign-off. Workmanship is backed by our guarantee.
